Ocean group wins Media One Business Excellence award at Kochi.
Managing Director of Victoria Polyform at Ocean Group, Mr Philip A. Mulakkal received Media One Business Excellence award from governor Mr Arif Mohammad Khan on November 7 at Media One grand event held at Kochi. The award portrayed the outstanding contr ibutions made by the Ocean group of companies for the past 21 years, in the manufacturing business of Ocean water storage tanks and Ocean polymer products.

Employees pledged to save the environment through proper waste management.
Employees of Ocean Group Pledged to reduce the use of single-use plastics and maintain a proper system for waste disposal. This plastic issue has evolved far beyond saving the environment or limiting solid waste. The debate now swirls around rising costs, an ever-shrinking supply of paper bags and the obvious, logical need for a universal policy that ensures all businesses – no matter what town or city in which they reside – are following the same rules, with expectations shared by all consumers. As Kerala Government has already banned single-use plastics the initiative can help the movement take another step forward.
